The company is engaged in the manufacture of small, complex metal parts using metal injection molding. The company injection molds a mixture of powdered metals and binders in a process similar to plastic injection molding, and then removes the binders and heat-treats the part to make a very dense finished metal part. The intricate metal parts can be made from stainless and low-alloy steel, copper, bronze and silver. MIMFlow has customers in the medical, military and industrial market segments. Of key advantage to the company is the environmentally friendly manufacturing process.
