Tooling University provides online distance learning that satisfies the training needs of industrial manufacturers as well as vocational and engineering schools. Today's manufacturers face the challenge of educating their employees. Tooling University offers a unique E-learning solution by providing online industrial classes developed by instructors and confirmed by manufacturing experts. Its online classes currently include CNC machining and programming, tool and die making, inspection and quality, sheet metal forming and fabricating, EDM, CAD/CAM, and essential machine shop skills such as blueprint reading.

In addition to its financial investments, Joseph Gorman serves on the Board of Directors while Stephen Haynes and Thomas Tyrrell serve as advisors to the company assisting with strategic advisory services (including lead generation) and financial advisory services.  Robert Lauer serves as a direct advisor to the company regarding business development services.  Thomas Barrett serves as Tooling University's Vice-President-Sales and Marketing, charged with creating sales channels and programs for manufacturers and schools that regularly invest in workforce productivity and continuous improvement training.
